Shuhua Yang (BSc) is a PhD student working with Food for Health Ireland’s Healthy Irish Cheese research pillar. Her PhD focuses on the examination of cheese consumption on metabolic health in an elderly Chinese cohort. Her research interests are nutrition, food and health.
