Jingjing Wang is a PhD student working on Food for Health Ireland. The project involves investigating consumer preferences for different nutritional claims on dairy product packaging and the relationship between such preferences and their nutritional intake. The project also investigates consumers’ preferences and willingness to pay for functional claims, production claims, product image of grass-fed milk. Finally, the effect of familiarity on different ways of consuming cheese is investigated.
