Éimear is currently working as a research assistant at Food for Health Ireland working on the Fermentates Human Trial. This study is aiming to show the efficacy of a fermented dairy product in improving digestive health in adults with self-reported digestive issues/discomfort. She previously completed her college placement in UCD Institute of Food and Health where she worked on the Seaweed Study. Éimear’s Interests include personalized human nutrition and health science.
