Andrea Mills is currently working as a research assistant at Food for Health Ireland working on our Cheese and Whole Milk Powder studies. These studies focus on the effects that cheese consumption has on blood cholesterol levels, in particular LDL levels, and explores the possible benefits of consuming whole milk powder derived from grass fed vs grain fed cows by measuring various biomarkers such as circulating fatty acids, vitamins, and markers of inflammation. She is a third year Human Nutrition student at UCD, currently completing her third-year work experience with Food for Health Ireland.
